The item did arrive safely, so that was a relief. But this is where it got annoying, the box was crushed when it showed up, which made me worry the product might be damaged. Luckily everything inside was fine, but the packaging definitely felt just okay

They have a nice mix of frame designs, and I did like browsing through them. But when I try customizing, it was kind of hit or miss. Some options work fine, while others felt like they didn’t let me change much. Overall, it was okay, just not as flexible as I was hoping

I had a problem with my order and ended up contacting customer service a few different times, which was the last thing I wanted to deal with that week because I was already busy with work and had family coming over. The replies took a while, and when they finally came through, they felt like the same generic copy/paste message over and over instead of someone actually looking into what happened.

I kept asking for either a clear update or some kind of refund option, but it really felt like nobody was reading what I was writing. At this point the issue still isn’t resolved, and I’m just tired of having to follow up again and again. I wouldn’t order from them again

The frame looked clean and sturdy enough, and shipping took about a week. It arrived in good shape, which I always appreciate, especially when ordering something like this online.
Overall, it felt like a solid buy for the money. I’d definitely consider ordering from them again if I need another affordable frame...

Shipping was quick overall, and the tracking worked fine. My sister was actually the one home when it got delivered, and she said the package showed up right when it was supposed to. Nothing was damaged and nothing was missing. I’m giving it 4 stars just because the tracking updates went a little quiet at times, but otherwise everything went smoothly.

I ordered based on the size chart, but it ended up fitting really tight. Makes me wonder if the chart is even accurate, because this definitely didn’t feel like the size I chose.
